Officer Frank Schulze was working three law enforcement jobs when he was involved in an off duty shooting in Pennsylvania on Feb. 2, 2016. Officer Schulze was at home off duty when he heard a woman's screams and responded to  a domestic battery situation that was occurring on his property. A pursuit followed, and Officer Schulze was forced to use deadly force against a man with a lengthy criminal record- 16 arrests in 15 years, most of which were assaults.  Just as in Baltimore, the newly appointed DA chose to charge Officer Schulze with an open criminal homicide charge (Murder 1,2,3), aggravated assault, simple assault, and reckless endangerment- in hopes that a charge will stick.

He has been sitting in jail for over 9 months and his trial is scheduled to start in March 2017!

During that time, the family has struggled immensely trying to replace lost wages.

This fund is to help support his family.

The family originally had a GoFundMe established to help, but GFM shut it down when it was reported numerous times and the family didn't know there were more options until now.
