Pennsylvania State Constables are the oldest law enforcement in the country, and date back to the time of William Penn. They assist with peacekeeping, prisoner transports, warrant service, service of process, levies, and landlord tenant complaints.

The Pennsylvania Fraternal Order of Constables advocates on issues affecting Pennsylvania State Constables such as training, access to information, officer safety, communication, and equipment. But advocacy can be expensive, especially when it involves court filings and legislative activities.

Please support our efforts to maintain a high level of professionalism and safety for our law enforcement officers.
